As a black led, racially diverse, increasingly open congregation, Saint John’s UCC, whose future is tied to its North Saint Louis neighborhood, has as its mission:
Firstly, to share the gospel in bringing all people into relationship with Christ and discipleship in the Body of Christ; (2) to continue to nurture the closeness, care, fellowship & faith of the congregation; (3) to be a catalyst for neighborhood wholeness & growth; & (4) to work toward the elimination of violence among all generations
